We have a client who wants to have it all – a big Georgian mansion, but no draughts, so all warm & cosy & no maintenance issues. Country house vibes & a big walled garden, but not isolated in the sticks, so with shops, restaurants, top ranked public school & all Holt has to offer on the doorstep. And a pool. Maybe even some cricket nets.
